Job summary

Cribl, a B2B SAAS data observability software company, is hiring a Senior Integrations Engineer to build data integration between Cribl and open/closed source systems. This fully remote role requires deep software development skills and a passion for telemetry infrastructure.

You will work with NodeJS, TypeScript, and occasionally C++ to create robust integrations, tests, and documentation while collaborating with product, UX, and security teams across a global, remote‑first organization.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building integrations with third‑party apps, libraries, and APIs.
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, OS, and distributed systems.
• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, GCP.

Responsibilities

• Develop features that integrate Cribl's data stream processing with 3rd party data systems (e.g., Splunk, Elasticsearch, Kafka, S3, Blob storage).
• Build subject matter expertise across a diverse set of technologies to enable R&D processes.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain robust, well‑documented code.
• Gain expert knowledge of NodeJS and TypeScript; occasionally work with C++ and Node internals.
• Create robust test plans and automated/integration tests to guarantee quality.
• Collaborate with engineers, PMs, UX designers, and business teams to translate requirements into code.
