Cribl, a B2B SAAS data observability company, is hiring a Senior Integrations Engineer. You will build components enabling data collection and transfer between closed and open source systems, working across Splunk, Elastic Search, Kafka, and cloud storage services.

This fully remote role emphasizes deep research, robust coding, and collaboration with product, UX, and business teams. You will develop expertise in NodeJS/TypeScript, write comprehensive tests, and participate in on-call rotations

Qualificações

• Demonstrated experience integrating with third party applications, libraries, and APIs.
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, operating systems, and distributed systems.
• Experience with using and developing REST APIs.
• Experience interacting with and building on cloud based platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.
• Experience with authorization and authentication standards such as OAuth2, OpenID Connect, LDAP and SAML is a plus.
• Comfort with significant research and discovery before coding begins.
• Demonstrated ability to build robust systems in the face of uncertainty.
• Experience with Agile processes and rapid iterative development.
• Strong sense of ownership with focus on high quality and high performing deliverables.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; ability to explain complex technical topics to stakeholders in remote environments.
• Insatiable curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies.

Responsabilidades

• Develop features that integrate Cribl's data stream processing engine with data systems like Splunk, Elastic Search, Kafka, AWS S3, Azure Blob Storage, Google Cloud Storage.
• Rapidly develop subject matter expertise in diverse 3rd party technologies by provisioning, building, and configuring necessary systems/accounts.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain robust code delivering expected outcomes for customers.
• Build expert-level knowledge of software development using NodeJS and TypeScript (and occasionally Node internals).
• Create robust test plans with comprehensive automated tests and integration tests.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, UX designers, and business teams to translate specs into code.
• Provide feedback on feature design and code reviews within the team.
• Contribute to weekly 24/7 on-call support rotation.
