Job summary

ZoomInfo is seeking a Senior Software Engineer on the Integrations team to design and build scalable backend services that connect to CRM, MAP, and external ecosystems. You will work with Node.js/NestJS and Java/Spring Boot to enable real-time data sync and reliable API integrations across millions of records.

You will help design integration layers, implement retry and state-management strategies, and contribute to RBAC, observability, and fault-tolerant architectures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of software engineering with a backend focus.
• Strong experience with Java/Spring Boot and/or Node.js/NestJS.
• Experience building integrations with CRM or MAP platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Familiarity with OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, and JWT.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js (NestJS) and Java (Spring Boot).
• Develop and manage our platform integrations layer with third-party systems.
• Design systems for reliable job execution, retries, state management, and long-running processes.
• Implement orchestration patterns for complex, multi-step business processes.
• Build APIs and internal services that integrate with external systems and maintain observability.
