Job summary

L3Harris is seeking an experienced System Engineer / Integration & Test Engineer with 6+ years’ experience to lead integration, testing, and end-user training of a complex communications system. The candidate will develop training materials, conduct trainings, and maintain development, test and production environments.

The role requires on-site presence for the majority of the year (Dayton, Ohio training site) and frequent travel as the project advances.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience.
• Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
• In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.

Responsibilities

• Support set-up, configuration, and documentation of hardware and software under test.
• Develop and execute structured training sessions.
• Build, configure, troubleshoot, and integrate hardware packages for service enhancements and deployments.
• Train system operators and support on-site operations.
• Take ownership of training classes through completion.
