Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Lead Integration and Test Engineer with a strong background in maintaining and troubleshooting development, integration, and production test environments for large-scale military avionics production lots.

The role covers Linux/Windows server administration, network management, lab image creation, and data backup practices, with on-site duties in a defense-focused setting. A US Secret clearance is preferred where permissible.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required with 9+ years of systems administration experience; graduate degree with 7+ years; or 13 years with no degree.

Responsibilities

Maintain and troubleshoot test equipment to ensure high availability for production delivery schedules.
Provide maintenance and support for computers and networking lab environments.
Linux Server Systems Administration.
Windows Server Systems Administration.
Network Administration for VLAN networking equipment.
Linux Client Image Creation/Maintenance/Deployment.
Windows Client Image Creation/Maintenance/Deployment.
Ensure network connectivity exists for Lab Networked devices.
Data Backups and Restores.
Consultant for compatibility issues with Test Equipment, parts, and OS.
Resolve issues with hardware and OS compatibility.
Maintain procedures for system setup and configuration.
Occasionally moves up to 40lbs to a height of at least 36”.
Occasionally ascends/descends a stepladder to a height of at least 30”.
Ability to obtain a US Secret security clearance.
