Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking an experienced System Engineer / Integration & Test Engineer for Palm Bay, FL or Chantilly, VA. The role centers on integrating software/hardware, maintaining test environments, and producing training materials with on-site delivery.

The candidate will lead classroom and hands-on training, develop content for diverse customer needs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain system stability and effective knowledge transfer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; minimum 4 years of relevant experience; Graduate Degree + 2 years experience.
• Active TS/SCI with Poly clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Support set-up, configuration, and documentation of hardware and software under test.
• Develop and execute structured training sessions.
• Lead trainings and ensure knowledge transfer to customers.
