Job summary

HEPCO, Inc. is seeking a Senior Specialist, Integration & Test Engineer in Palm Bay, FL to set up, configure, test, and integrate a complex system while teaching end users how to operate it effectively in real-world environments.

The role requires leading classroom and hands-on training, collaborating with engineering teams, updating training materials, and supporting system operations. A TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of relevant experience; or graduate degree with 4+ years; or 10+ years without degree.
Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
Experience configuring, integrating, testing, or troubleshooting hardware and software systems.
Experience delivering technical instruction or hands-on training.

Responsibilities

Set up, configure, and document hardware and software systems for testing.
Load software onto multiple platforms.
Develop and lead structured classroom and hands-on training sessions.
Explain complex technical information clearly.
Train end users to operate the system effectively and confidently.
Collaborate with engineering and design teams regarding system changes and training updates.
Travel occasionally to support training and system integration at other locations.
