Job summary

Auria is looking to hire a Senior Integration and Test Engineer to support the RMWT GMI program. This role is Hybrid with planned On-Site work in Boulder, CO.

The team develops and integrates the next-generation ground architecture for the U.S. Space Force’s MW&T mission, delivering a secure and resilient system. The role emphasizes verifying end-to-end functionality and readiness for government stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance.
• Hands-on experience testing new software releases.
• Experience in test process development and reporting.
• Familiarity with OPIR space systems is a plus.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement manual and automated tests in CI/CD.
• Determine verification approaches and participate in formal test events.
• Collaborate with engineers and leadership as part of an Agile Scrum team.
• Work closely with teammates to build, configure, and troubleshoot the system.
• Develop and execute Integration and Test (I&T) plans, procedures, and reports.
• Maintain system documentation including baselines, rack diagrams, and test records.
• Support system reviews (PDR, CDR, TRR) and readiness assessments.
• Contribute to verification matrices, risk registers, and test reports for customer delivery.
