Job summary

Auria is actively seeking an Integration and Test Automation Engineer to support developing and testing the EM&C system in Colorado Springs, CO. The role involves automated test development and integration testing of software components to ensure a cohesive solution within the EM&C architecture.

This position supports fully remote work. Occasional travel to customer and government sites is expected, with collaboration in Scrum/Agile teams and production of essential system documentation.

Qualifications

• Eligibility to obtain U.S. Government SECRET clearance; U.S. citizenship required.
• Experience with automated test suites (Playwright, Selenium, Eggplant).
• Experience with API development, enterprise systems, databases, and cloud platforms.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to produce clear system documentation, including design descriptions and test plans.
• Familiarity with DOD SATCOM systems and subsystems and interfaces.
• Understanding of how systems engineering disciplines interact with software engineering.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to work independently or in a team.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain manual and automated tests to streamline workflows and boost efficiency.
• Execute manual and automated tests to ensure integrated systems function properly and troubleshoot issues.
• Identify technical debt and propose improvements to optimize performance and scalability.
• Produce essential system documentation and communicate complex technical details to stakeholders.
• Collaborate in Scrum/Agile processes with interdisciplinary teams.
