Job summary

Auria is seeking an Integration and Test Engineer Team Lead in a hybrid role with planned onsite work in Boulder, CO. You will lead the I&T team on the GMI program, coordinate with the customer, and drive end-to-end verification of software and hardware in a CI/CD environment.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years leading I&T teams, active DoD Secret clearance, and experience with space systems, Agile/Scrum, Jira/Confluence, and DevOps tooling such as GitLab CI/CD and Docker.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience testing new software releases, verifying system functionality and documenting results.
• Experience with test process development, test case design, test procedures, execution and reporting.
• Familiarity with OPIR mission and/or satellite ground systems.
• Proven ability to isolate and resolve system-level issues and provide design feedback.
• Experience leading I&T in space systems or similar complex domains.

Responsibilities

• Lead the I&T team and interact with customers and stakeholders.
• Design, develop, and implement manual and automated tests in CI/CD environment.
• Determine verification approach for system requirements and isolate defects.
• Conduct formal test events at customer sites with government stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineers as a key Agile Scrum team member.
• Build, configure, and troubleshoot the system with team members.
• Develop and execute I&T plans, procedures, and reports.
• Generate and maintain system documentation including baselines and test records.
• Support system-level reviews and readiness assessments.
