Job summary

Auria is seeking an Integration and Test Engineer in Colorado Springs, CO to support the Protected Tactical Enterprise System (PTES). You will develop automated tests for CI, verify system requirements, isolate defects, and participate in formal test events at customer/government sites.

Ideal candidates have Unix/Linux, Docker, Agile experience, ability to obtain a U.S. Government SECRET clearance, and strong teamwork skills; some travel to government sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience with Unix/Linux OS operating environments.
• Experience with Docker/Container clusters.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Government SECRET security clearance (requires U.S. Citizenship).
• Working knowledge of debugging, test, and software tool integration.
• Experience with design and development in an Agile environment.
• Strong teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain manual and automated tests to streamline workflows and boost efficiency.
• Execute manual and automated tests to ensure integrated systems function properly; troubleshoot issues.
• Conduct and participate in formal test events at customer sites with government witnesses.
• Identify technical debt and opportunities to optimize performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Produce system documentation and clearly communicate technical details to stakeholders.
• Participate in Scrum/Agile processes and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
