Job summary

Mission Driven Research, Inc. is seeking a Senior Systems (Integration) Analyst to support the MDA Chief Engineer by coordinating complex engineering efforts across internal and external systems.

You will facilitate integration, contribute to IPTs, and coordinate with POCs to improve cross-team communication, metrics, and testing status. A strong background in systems integration and MBSE tools is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree with 12+ years or Bachelor's degree with 20+ years of experience.
• Active security clearance required (Secret).
• Extensive MDA or DoW experience and IPTs/TIMs participation.
• Excellent organization and communication skills; strong systems integration background.

Responsibilities

• Assist to facilitate integration between internal and external systems.
• Contribute to an Engineering Integrated Product Team (IPT).
• Coordinate with technical POCs to enable cross-team communication.
• Develop tools and processes to capture relevant metrics.
• Evaluate outputs to determine progress, schedule impact, or testing readiness.
• Assess how decisions affect schedule, dependencies, and integrated testing.
