Job summary

Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI) in Huntsville, AL seeks a Senior Systems Integration Engineer to support the MDA Chief Engineer by integrating and coordinating complex engineering efforts across internal and external systems.

The role requires US citizenship with an active secret clearance, a STEM degree, and 7+ years in systems integration, including IPTs and TIMs. MBSE tools experience and strong communication are preferred.

Qualifications

US citizenship with an active secret clearance required.
Bachelor's Degree in STEM.
7+ years of experience in systems integration or related field.
Experience with MDA (or DoW) or similar programs.
Experience supporting IPTs and TIMs.
Excellent organization and communication skills.
Experience with systems integration.

Responsibilities

Assist to facilitate integration between internal and external systems.
Contribute to an Engineering Integrated Product Team (IPT).
Coordinate with technical POCs to facilitate cross-team communication.
Develop tools and processes to capture relevant metrics.
Evaluate working group outputs to determine progress or status.
Evaluate how decisions might impact schedule, dependencies, and integrated testing.
