Job summary

Banner Defense seeks a Systems (Integration) Analyst to support the MDA Chief Engineer, coordinating complex engineering efforts across internal and external systems. You will help integrate across teams, contribute to IPTs, and develop metrics tools to track progress.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years of experience, U.S. citizenship with an active Secret clearance, and strong communication skills. Familiarity with MBSE tools is a plus. This role is based in Huntsville, AL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years of relevant experience.
• U.S. Citizenship and Active Secret Clearance.
• MDA (or DoW) Experience.
• Experience supporting IPTs and TIMs.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.
• Experience with systems integration.

Banner Defense is looking for a skilled and motivated Systems (Integration) Analyst to join our team! In this role, you will support the MDA Chief Engineer in the effort of integrating and coordinating complex engineering efforts involving both internal and external systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist in facilitating integration between internal and external systems
• Contribute to an Engineering Integrated Product Team (IPT)
• Coordinate with technical POCs to facilitate cross-team communication
• Develop tools and processes to capture relevant metrics
• Evaluate working group technical outputs to determine progress or status
• Evaluate how decisions might impact schedule, dependencies, and integrated testing

Required Skills/Experience

• Bachelor's Degree
• 7+ years of relevant experience
• S. Citizenship

• Experience supporting IPTs and Technical Interchange Meetings (TIMs)
• Excellent organization and communication skills
• Experience with systems integration
