Job summary

In this position you will contribute to an IPT, facilitate cross-team communication, and develop tools to capture metrics while evaluating how decisions affect schedule and testing. A Bachelor’s degree in STEM and 7+ years of experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in STEM or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in systems engineering or integration.
• Experience supporting IPTs and Technical Interchange Meetings (TIMs).
• Excellent organization and communication skills.
• Experience with systems integration.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate integration between internal and external systems.
• Contribute to an Engineering Integrated Product Team (IPT).
• Coordinate with technical POCs for cross-team communication.
• Develop tools and processes to capture relevant metrics.
• Evaluate outputs to determine progress, schedule impact, and testing readiness.
