Qualifications

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis skills.
• Experience with AI-enabled automation processes or intelligent workflow solutions.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including pivots, lookups, reconciliation modeling, and data analysis.
• Experience with reporting tools, data warehouses, or operational data environments.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to partner across technical and business teams.

• Experience supporting AI, automation, or exception-management workflows.
• Exposure to SQL, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, or data analytics platforms.
