Job summary

Deloitte is seeking an Integration Engineer III for its AI & Engineering team. The role focuses on designing and implementing complex integration solutions, building APIs, and managing EDI processes across environments.

You will work with a dispersed technology team and travel up to 50% depending on client needs. The position requires 5+ years with integration tools, strong API and data mapping skills, and certifications in integration and at least one cloud platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field is required.
• 5+ years hands-on experience with multiple integration tools (Boomi, MuleSoft, Informatica, Workato, Tibco, WebSphere).
• Experience in a consulting environment or relevant industry sector.
• 3+ years with AWS, Google Apigee or Azure Logic Apps.
• Strong understanding of enterprise integration design patterns, API protocols (REST/SOAP), XML and JSON.
• Proficiency with core Integration components including connectors and data mapping.
• Experience with Groovy and JavaScript coding in integration environments.
• Experience with EDI standards (ANSI X12, EDIFACT).
• Strong SQL skills and SDLC understanding.
• Integration certifications and at least one cloud platform cert required.
• Proficiency in Spring Boot, JavaScript or Python.

Responsibilities

• Design complex integration solutions using best practices and design patterns.
• Design, build, and manage APIs (REST/SOAP).
• Implement and manage EDI processes (ANSI X12, EDIFACT).
• Develop, test, and deploy integration processes across environments (SDLC).
• Monitor performance and provide post-deployment support.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize data flows.
• Lead junior team members and manage project delivery.
• Utilize AI features to accelerate development and troubleshooting.
