Job summary

Remote Crew is seeking a Senior Integration Engineer to join our integrations team. This role focuses on building a brand-new, high-priority integration between our core leasing platform and a property management system, delivering meaningful production impact from day one.

You'll work on greenfield architecture, scale-focused data plumbing, and collaborate with a small team to ship robust APIs and webhooks in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL and data-first mindset.
• Experience building/ consuming production-grade APIs.
• Familiarity with CRM/RMS/PMS systems is a plus.
• Comfort in shaping new components where architecture is evolving.

Remote Crew is hiring a Senior Integration Engineer to join the integrations team at a fast-growing, well-funded proptech company (~180 employees, ~60 engineers) building software for residential property management. You'd be working on a brand-new, high-priority integration between the company's core leasing platform and a property management system — greenfield architecture work with real production impact from day one. Several major customers are already waiting on this integration to ship.

Location: Remote - LATAM and Southern Europe.

What You'll Do

• Designing and building APIs and webhooks that move data between a leasing platform and a property management system — covering everything from resident applications through end of tenancy (payments, unit reservations, renewals, etc.)
• Mixing greenfield development with extension of existing, mature integration patterns
• Building for reuse and scale — solving the immediate problem without boxing the system into a single use case
• Working closely with a senior domain lead and a small, focused integrations team
• Bringing (or building) an agentic/AI-assisted development mindset — the company is actively investing in this and wants fresh ideas

What We're Looking For

• Solid SQL and data-first thinking
• Experience building or consuming high-throughput, production-grade APIs (rate limiting, security, versioning, API design best practices)
• Nice to have: experience with CRM, RMS, or PMS systems, or proptech more broadly
• Comfort working in a system where some things are established and others you'll be defining for the first time
