Job summary

This role requires full stack ownership: developing backend services and frontend interfaces to support integration needs with minimal dependencies on other teams. You will ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and performance-optimized while implementing CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation. Working closely with product, operations, and engineering teams, you will translate business requirements into production-ready technical solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience

• Strong hands-on experience with .NET Core / C# (ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, Web API) for backend development

• Solid frontend experience with React, Next.js, and TypeScript (Angular on its own does not cover this requirement)

• Deep expertise with RESTful APIs, webhooks, OAuth2, JWT, and OpenID Connect

• Experience with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and Redis

• Experience building fintech or payment-related products (lending, payments, credit, or core banking systems)

• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps) and deployment automation

• Practical experience with Docker, containerization, and basic orchestration

• Track record of writing clean, testable code with comprehensive unit and integration tests

• Fluent Spanish is required: the whole team works in Spanish. English is a plus, never a blocker.
