Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Sr. Lead Engineer, Integration & Automation in the United States to own the integration architecture across Finance, Revenue, Billing, People Technology, and Go-to-Market. You will guide design, standards, and a modernization roadmap while leading distributed engineering teams.

You will build and optimize Workday Studio and Workato integrations, connect Salesforce and Snowflake, and drive AI/automation initiatives with measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise integration engineering or senior roles.
• Hands-on experience with Workato or similar iPaaS (MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica).
• Advanced Workday Studio experience (EIB, Core Connectors, Document Transformation, XSLT).
• Strong REST and SOAP API integration patterns and event-driven architectures.
• Experience with Salesforce, Workday, Snowflake or similar enterprise systems.
• Leadership of distributed or offshore engineering teams.
• Experience building governance frameworks for integrations including SLAs and monitoring.
• Excellent communication with technical and business stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; Workday certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain enterprise integration architecture across Finance, Revenue, People Technology, Billing, and Go-to-Market.
• Lead architecture reviews for new integrations and major enhancements.
• Audit the integration estate and develop a modernization roadmap.
• Design, build, and maintain Workday Studio and Workato integrations.
• Develop reusable integration components and shared libraries.
• Monitor integrations and lead root-cause analyses of incidents.
