Ridgeline is building a managed integration services capability within its Technical Consulting team. You will lead integration workstreams, document customer needs, and help shape the operating model for managed services.

With 3-5 years of experience, you’ll contribute hands-on development or systems engineering while collaborating across teams to reduce technical debt and standardize deployment. Ridgeline has offices across the US and a Lake Tahoe headquarters.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience delivering technical solutions in software or consulting.
• Hands-on software development or systems engineering experience.
• Experience with Integration-Platform-as-a-Service solutions like Workato or Mulesoft.

Responsibilities

• Conduct discovery sessions and document customer integration needs.
• Improve implementation methodology and reduce technical debt.
• Help define the operating model for managed integration services.
