Job summary

PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a Senior Integrated Supply Chain Program Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives and ensure on-time delivery. You will own end-to-end program execution, manage integrated schedules, and secure material readiness across planning, procurement, and operations.

You will drive risk assessment, recovery planning, and transparent communication with leadership, customers, and stakeholders, ensuring commitments are met in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects in a matrixed organization.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from kickoff through closure, delivering on scope, schedule, and objectives.
• Create and manage integrated schedules, align responsibilities, and track milestones.
• Coordinate with Planning, Procurement, and Operations to secure materials and readiness.
• Build dashboards and leadership-ready briefings on status and risk posture.
• Identify risks and stand up recovery plans to mitigate impact and protect customer satisfaction.
