Job summary

GE Aerospace is seeking a Senior Integrated Engineering and Manufacturing Planner to manage detailed schedules for Edison Works programs. You will drive execution by exposing schedule risk, coordinating with CAMs, and aligning with hardware milestones across multiple programs.

You will support PMO practices, apply LEAN standards, and work with engineering and manufacturing focal points to recover or protect critical milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 5+ years of project or program management experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance.
• PMP Certification is desired.
• Experience with scheduling tools like Deltek Open Plan.
• Experience supporting hardware development, manufacturing, build, test, or delivery schedules.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and continuously improve detailed schedules for Edison Works programs.
• Expose hardware risk and drive actions to protect milestones.
• Establish daily management standards and reporting rhythms to improve visibility.
• Identify critical path impacts, dependencies, constraints, and gaps requiring action.
• Execute daily/weekly status reviews and drive closure of actions impacting schedules.
• Coordinate with Earned Value Management Scheduling to reflect status and recovery actions.
• Communicate program status and risks to leadership; align cross-functional teams.
