Job summary

GE Aerospace in Evendale, OH, is seeking a Senior Integrated Engineering and Manufacturing Planner to drive meticulous schedules for Edison Works programs. The role partners with engineering, CAMs, and government property managers to ensure on-time hardware milestones, while surfacing risks and coordinating cross-functional recovery efforts.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years of program management experience, and the ability to obtain DoD clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project or program management.
• Capability to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and improve detailed schedules for Edison Works programs with alignment to hardware build, test, delivery, and milestones.
• Expose hardware risk using schedule rigor and drive actions to protect critical milestones.
• Establish daily management standards, reporting, and operating rhythms to improve visibility of hardware status and execution risk.
• Identify schedule constraints, dependencies, and gaps and propagate actions to resolve them.
• Provide guidance to leadership on cross-functional scheduling and program dependencies to recover or protect milestone execution.
