Job summary

ClearPlan is seeking experienced Program Planners to provide scheduling support for DoD programs across the U.S. The role requires hands-on expertise with MS Project or Open Plan and DoD contracting experience, including EVMS.

Expect up to 50% travel to client sites; US citizenship is required and active clearance preferred. You will lead IMS architecture, SEI/IPC reporting, and schedule health checks for Fortune 500 DoD clients.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Program Planning/Scheduling in MS Project or Open Plan.
• Experience with EVMS and cost/schedule integration in government programs.
• DoD contracting experience; knowledge of DI-MGMT-81861 is a plus.
• US citizenship is required to work on DoD programs.
• Active security clearance is preferred for eligible candidates.

Responsibilities

• Lead Architecture of Program Planning & Control framework (WBS / IMS).
• Develop Resource Loaded IMS for Proposal projects per scheduling guidelines.
• Baseline Resource Loaded IMS for Post Award projects per DI-MGMT-81861.
• Support Earned Value Management implementation and IPMR reporting.
• Maintain IMS and forecasting; conduct DCMA 14 Point Analysis and schedule health checks.
• Perform Critical Path Analysis and Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA).
• Maintain EV and data tracking procedures; generate IPMR Format 6.
