Job summary

L3Harris Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Lead Integrated Program Planner and Scheduler to provide surge support for Tier One programs.

The role develops and maintains complex IMS/IMP schedules, integrates inputs across functional teams, and drives schedule quality and EVMS compliance. The candidate will lead schedule analyses, assist in replanning efforts, and deliver clear leadership briefings on milestones, risks, and recovery actions across multiple sites including Fort Wayne, Rochester, Palm

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, STEM, or related field with a minimum of 9 years in planning and scheduling; or 7 years with a Graduate Degree; or 13 years in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and analyze Integrated Master Plans and IMS using SOW, WBS, and planning inputs.
• Perform schedule analysis: critical path, risk, logic validation, baseline maintenance, schedule health metrics.
• Identify issues, conflicts, variances; investigate root causes and propose corrective actions.
• Integrate schedules across engineering, finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and quality.
• Support EVMS execution through schedule status analysis and maintenance of compliant practices.
• Prepare and present schedule status, milestones, risks, and recovery plans to leadership.
• Coordinate subcontractor/supplier schedule integration and impacts on milestones.
• Drive improvements to scheduling processes, tools, metrics, and standards.
