Job summary

Corning is seeking a Senior Specialist, Integrated Planning to align finished goods production, material availability, and distribution with customer needs. You will develop and maintain optimized schedules across a 13-week horizon and collaborate with supply chain teams to deliver service and inventory targets.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a related field and 2+ years of experience with ERP/MRP tools, strong quantitative skills, and a focus on planning data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in production, logistics, or material planning within a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and planning tools.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with demonstrated ability to interpret supply chain data and generate planning reports.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SKU-level production plans across a 13-week rolling horizon, balancing demand, inventory, and capacity.
• Monitor MPS, material availability rate, backorder risk, and capacity utilization; track OTIF and inventory levels.
• Perform root cause analysis and drive corrective actions for planning issues; maintain planning parameters and master data.
• Leverage ERP/MRP systems and scenario analysis tools to build optimal schedules; support automation and digitalization.
• Support SIOP by integrating near- and mid-term plans with strategic planning; collaborate with cross-functional teams.
