Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in production, logistics, or material planning within a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and planning tools.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with demonstrated ability to interpret supply chain data and generate planning reports.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SKU-level production plans across a 13-week rolling horizon, balancing demand, inventory, material availability and capacity constraints; identify and resolve capacity gaps.
• Monitor and report on MPS, material availability, backorder risk, and capacity utilization; track OTIF delivery and inventory levels.
• Perform root cause analysis and drive corrective actions for recurring planning issues; maintain master data and parameters.
• Leverage ERP/MRP systems and scenario analysis tools to build optimal schedules; support automation aligned with planning standards.
• Support the SIOP process by integrating near- and mid-term plans with strategic planning; collaborate with cross-functional teams on scheduling assumptions.
