Job summary

CACI is seeking an Integrated Master Scheduler to join the Value Performance Management Center of Excellence, supporting the Morrigan Prototype program. The role centers on building and maintaining a sophisticated, MSP-based integrated master schedule aligned with EVMS requirements.

Ideal candidates will have IMS scheduling experience, strong CP analysis skills, and proficiency with MS Office and scheduling tools. TS/SCI clearance is required; travel up to 25% continental USA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a quantitative discipline or combination of education and work experience
• IMS creation and scheduling experience
• Familiarity with determining the Critical Path and Schedule status updates
• Proficiency in Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Visio and SharePoint)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Must build and maintain accurate and up-to-date complex Government Contract schedules
• Experience managing multiple projects and integrating multiple schedules into a master schedule

Responsibilities

• Create Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) based on Contract WBS
• Advise Project Control and Engineering Team in planning and scope development
• Develop master schedule critical path for milestones
• Prepare status reports based on current and forecast schedules; implement schedule change control
• Update contract WBS and ensure current status
• Familiarity with integrating subcontractors into the IMS
• Conduct weekly IMS reviews with program team
• Process monthly schedule data for EVMS/cost reporting
• Prepare trend analyses and corrective action recommendations
• Analyze requirements and EVM performance, establish schedule policies
• Monitor contract performance metrics with management
• Develop IMS with team leads and interdependencies
• Produce schedule status reports for program management meetings
