Job summary

Scientific Research Corporation in North Charleston, SC seeks a mid to senior Project Scheduler III to lead the Integrated Master Schedule for a complex DoD IT deployment. The role requires hands-on experience with hardware procurement, infrastructure integration, and large-scale programs across Navy IT networks.

You will coordinate multi-vendor schedules, perform critical path and risk analysis, and communicate status and recovery plans to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT, engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years in integrated master scheduling on DoD/government programs.
• Experience with Navy IT/network programs (NMCI, ONE-NET, CANES, ADNS).
• Led or participated in an Integrated Baseline Review (IBR) with government engagement.
• Proficient in building complex, resource-loaded schedules from scratch.
• Strong Earned Value Management and IPMR/CPR reporting knowledge.
• Scheduling around cybersecurity milestones (IATT, ATO, eMASS) under RMF.
• Experience multi-vendor, multi-site with hardware lead times and installation sequencing.
• Strong executive communication to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) across all phases of the program lifecycle, from hardware procurement and site preparation through integration, testing, fielding, and sustainment
• Understanding the unique scheduling challenges of IT infrastructure programs: Naval Fleet Readiness Review Board (FRCB), Shore Installation Process Handbook (SIPH), long-lead hardware lead times, multi-vendor dependencies, site readiness sequencing, configuration management windows, and cut-over planning
