Job summary

Peraton is seeking an Integrated Master Scheduler to support NORAD/NCMC ITW/AA and NISSC III programs on site in Colorado. The role focuses on integrating schedules with IMS, PMO governance, and securing data integrity across baselines.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years with MS Project, a Secret clearance, and experience aligning schedules to program objectives, CWBS, and CSOW. Collaboration with engineers and leadership is essential to deliver timely milestones.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience; 12 years may substitute for a degree.
4+ years of MS Project experience, preferably with software or systems background.
Active Secret Security Clearance.
Experience aligning schedules with SOO, TPRs, CWBS, and CSOW guidance.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with PMO, stakeholders, and Customer for resource requirements.
Integrate System Security processes and cyber-related dates into the IMS.
Integrate PPIP artifacts into the IMS.
Ensure software build plans align with the IMS with the Chief Engineer and Tech Lead.
Provide status on IMPDAR and IMS in PMO meetings and escalate issues.
Engage Customer meetings to discuss IPMDAR and IMS insights.
Coordinate with MBSE to capture IMS changes in MBSE.
Elevate resourcing risks to Risk Management Team and Business Manager.
Support Customer audits and develop repeatable CAM processes for monthly inputs.
