Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in integrated communications, editorial/content strategy, customer storytelling, or events content programming with stakeholder collaboration.
• Proven success directly managing a team of marketers responsible for customer advocacy programs, case studies, and campaigns that drive measurable business impact.
• A portfolio of multi-format work — including video, live events, and keynote content — demonstrating range and quality.

Responsibilities

• Cultivating, mentoring, and leading a small, high-performing team of writers, storytellers, and content marketers.
• Digging deep with customers, sellers, and internal partners to uncover questions and insights that make a story worth telling.
• Building understanding of the customer journey and translating needs into resonant content.
• Shaping strategy and ensuring quality delivery of customer advocacy programs and success stories across formats.
• Overseeing content development for signature events, including interview guides and keynote narratives.
• Leading bespoke, multi-channel momentum campaigns tied to seasonal and market moments.
• Partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure cohesive customer experience.
• Moving quickly to unblock obstacles and make progress with imperfect information.
• Evaluating how storytelling and campaigns influence engagement, advocacy, and retention.
• Sharing updates and adapting communications for diverse audiences.
• Building relationships with cross-functional stakeholders and strategic partners.
