Qualifications

• 18+ years of experience in Insurance technology delivery, managed services, transformation, or large-scale portfolio leadership
• Experience managing large global organizations
• Direct P&L ownership, revenue accountability, margin management, customer relationship ownership, and delivery governance experience
• Strong experience across RUN and CHANGE services, including managed services execution and transformation delivery
• Experience with AI-led transformation, engineering excellence, automation, DevSecOps, SRE, quality engineering, or productivity improvement programs
• Experience with RFP response leadership, solution defense, commercial model shaping, transition planning, and executive-level customer presentations
• Strong understanding of Insurance platforms and processes such as Life, Retirement, Wealth, Annuities, P&C, Claims, Policy Administration, Billing, Distribution, or Customer Servicing

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a large Insurance portfolio covering Application Services, Managed Services, Digital Engineering, AI Transformation, Data, Cloud, Modernization, and Business Transformation programs
• Drive end-to-end accountability for portfolio revenue (~$25M+) and 300+ global associates across onsite, nearshore, and offshore delivery
• Scale the portfolio, improve profitability, and strengthen customer confidence through measurable AI and engineering outcomes
• Lead global delivery, governance structures, delivery rhythms, and escalation mechanisms for large portfolios
• Oversee both RUN and transformation/change portfolios, including managed services delivery and production operations
• Define engineering practices such as DevSecOps, SRE, quality engineering, automation, CI/CD controls, and DORA metrics
