Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of experience in investment structuring or related field.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. insurance regulatory capital rules (NAIC RBC, statutory accounting).
• Experience across structured credit, asset-backed finance, private credit or securitizations.
• Ability to design bespoke structures and translate regulatory developments into action.

• Lead the structuring of complex investment transactions across private credit and private asset strategies.
• Design structures aligning with liabilities, portfolio objectives and capital framework.
• Serve as internal expert on insurance capital rules (U.S., Bermuda, Cayman).
• Stay current on market trends and regulatory changes affecting structured credit.
• Collaborate with Structured Credit, legal and finance teams to align strategy and execution.
• Engage rating agencies and counsel on documentation and financing agreements.
• Provide senior leadership with structure recommendations and risk mitigants.
