Job summary

Partners Group is seeking a credit structuring professional to join our Structured Issuance team within Private Credit. You will contribute to the development and structuring of sophisticated, rated investment vehicles, including CLOs, CFOs, and Rated Note Funds, spanning across our Credit platform.

The role covers the full transaction lifecycle from design to closing, collaborating with investment, legal, tax, and client teams, and coordinating with external counsel, rating agencies, and

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in investment banking / structured products or similar.
• Experience with structuring and credit markets.
• Strong financial analysis and data management skills.
• High proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• End to end process management across all structured transactions.
• Design and development of rated structures.
• Financial modeling and qualitative analysis of proposed structures.
• Management of internal and external stakeholders.
• Review of legal documentation.
• Content creation for internal and external stakeholders.
