Segal is seeking a Senior Consultant, Insurance Broker to join its growing insurance brokerage practice. You will manage client accounts, secure quotes, and negotiate coverage terms while collaborating with leadership to drive the practice forward.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of relevant insurance industry experience
• Advanced knowledge of Cyber Liability, Fiduciary Liability, EPLI, D&O, E&O, and ERISA Fidelity Bonds
• Licensed insurance professional or able to secure license within 60 days

Responsibilities

• Manage client book and negotiate coverage terms, review quotes and schedules
• Secure carrier quotations and negotiate with underwriters
• Oversee quotes, binders, policies, audits and related items for accuracy
• Identify loss exposures and recommend coverages; manage binding and billing
• Review summaries and proposals; manage renewals and cross-sell opportunities
• Coordinate RFIs/RFPs responses thoroughly and timely
• Develop and deliver strategic insurance solutions with a client-service focus
