West Monroe is actively seeking an Experienced Consultant with Insurance and Consulting experience to join our Chicago office. The role involves transforming brokers and carriers, delivering end-to-end client solutions, and mentoring junior consultants in a growing Insurance practice.

You will apply knowledge to tailor solutions, help executives solve problems, and contribute to business development while building the practice and your career at a leading firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 2-6 years of experience in a team-based consulting environment with external clients in Insurance.
• 2 years of experience in organizational transformation, process improvement, or related areas.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with good judgment in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong organizational skills, detail oriented, and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Experience in presenting to C-level executives and working with clients.
• Strong presentation and business development skills; able to assist in selling work.
• Experience developing work plans, project scopes, and pricing estimates.
• Strong PM and leadership skills to manage concurrent projects.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication; travel 80% annually.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients to implement processes and technology that drive business value and efficiency.
• Collaborate with business owners to create new processes and future state designs.
• Facilitate client workshops on Healthcare industry future state and requirements.
• Support detailed requirements gathering and interface with management at client sites.
• Develop client-ready communications and project deliverables to support decisions and risk management.
