Job summary

Monumental Life in Chattanooga seeks an Associate Director to develop quality sales, conserve existing business, and provide ongoing quality service to policyholders. You will recruit, train and develop a staff of 4–10 field employees and work with the District Manager to keep the Field Office within budget.

The role requires Life and Health licensure, 3–5 years in insurance sales, prior management experience, and excellent oral and written communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher; some college preferred.
• Life and Health license required.
• 3–5 years in an insurance sales environment.
• Prior management experience in insurance sales preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select, train, retain and develop sales personnel.
• Lead a staff of 4–10 field employees; set objectives and monitor activities.
• Manage budgets; ensure profitability and cost control of the Field Office.
• Coordinate with Home Office and District Manager for support and guidance.
• Ensure quality service to policyholders and professional representation of Monumental Life.
