DTRT Insurance Group in Florida is seeking a Senior Insurance Sales Representative to cover the Florida market, leveraging broad access to carriers to close opportunities. The role offers a first-year base salary of $55,000–$65,000 with uncapped commissions and bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Active 2-20, 4-40 or 20-44 license required.
• 2-3 years of Property & Casualty insurance experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build trust.
• Proven relationship-building with clients and referrals.
• Comfortable using CRMs, carrier portals, and digital workflows.

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative approach to identify client needs and tailor coverage.
• Clearly link product benefits to client goals and priorities.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to support retention and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
• Meet and exceed individual sales goals and performance targets.
• Grow a pipeline through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
