DTRT Insurance Group is seeking an Insurance Account Manager to deliver exceptional service to an assigned set of clients in Florida. You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring clients receive accurate guidance, timely service, and the best coverage options.

You will handle policies, renewals, endorsements, and updates with attention to detail in a professional work environment. The role emphasizes strong relationship management, collaboration with carriers, and opportunities for career growth

Qualifications

• Active Florida insurance license such as 4-40, 2-20, or 20-44.
• Personal lines experience preferred.
• Strong command of Microsoft applications and AMS/CRM systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Customer-focused with strong communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor for assigned client group.
• Understand client needs and match with optimal coverage options.
• Process new policies, renewals, endorsements, and updates accurately.
• Identify coverage gaps and present suitable options.
• Communicate with carriers and underwriters to secure favorable outcomes.
• Support retention efforts through relationship management.

• Base salary starting at $45,000-65,000 based on experience

Requirements

• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• High-level communication and customer service abilities
• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly
