DTRT Insurance Group in Florida seeks an Insurance Account Manager to deliver excellent service to a diverse client base. You will act as trusted advisor for assigned accounts, ensuring accurate guidance and best coverage options.

The role emphasizes detail, organization, and proactive communication with carriers and clients. Ideal candidates have personal lines experience, active Florida licenses, and proficiency with AMS/CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Active Florida insurance license (4-40, 2-20, or 20-44) required or preferred.
• Personal lines insurance experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and AMS/CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor for an assigned group of clients.
• Understand client needs and match them with optimal coverage solutions.
• Process new policies, renewals, endorsements and updates with accuracy.
• Identify coverage gaps and offer suitable options.
• Communicate with carriers and underwriters to secure favorable outcomes.
• Support retention efforts through strong relationship management.
