Qualifications

• 5+ years of insurance restoration experience.
• Strong background in construction management and supervision.
• Ability to develop and maintain a book of business of $2M+.

Responsibilities

• Lead reconstruction projects from start to finish using company resources and subcontractors.
• Manage 30–70 active projects concurrently.
• Coordinate with customers and insurance carriers on project status.
• Create work orders and schedule vendors/subcontractors.
• Order materials and review estimates with the project estimator.
• Provide weekly project updates and ensure safety and quality on job sites.
