Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active GA Bar in good standing.
• Civil litigation experience, especially in insurance defense.
• Ability to manage complex cases independently.
• Strong leadership and trial preparation skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead civil defense litigation, including strategy, discovery, motions, depositions, and trial prep.
• Mentor associates and guide case management and litigation techniques.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, insurers, and co-counsel.
• Participate in business development and firm growth initiatives.
