Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group invites applications for an Insurance Analyst III in a remote, nationwide role. The analyst will study data from multiple sources to identify drivers of business results and guide action steps across teams.

The job requires a quantitative bachelor's degree and at least 4 years of related experience, with strong statistical, presentation, and communication skills. Proficiency in SAS, SQL, Visual Basic, and Excel is expected; CPCU is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, business, statistics, economics, computer science or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4 years of directly related experience.
• Strong research, statistical and analytical skills with ability to structure analyses.

Responsibilities

• Performs complex data analysis for assigned client groups and assesses impact on objectives.
• Collaborates with multiple departments to gain support for findings and action plans.
• Develops recommendations for procedures and analyses to secure solutions.
• Prepares findings for clients and may co-present to senior management.
• Coaches on reporting processes and data visualization for clients.
