Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is seeking an Insurance Analyst III for a remote role. You will analyze complex data from multiple sources to explain drivers of business results and influence action steps, handling both recurring and ad hoc projects with strong analytical methods.

You’ll collaborate with different departments, present insights to clients, and potentially coach colleagues on reporting processes. A Bachelor’s degree and 4 years’ related experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4 years of directly related experience.
• Strong research, statistical, analytical and mathematical skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to present to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Performs complex data analysis for assigned client groups and ties findings to objectives.
• Collaborates with multiple departments to support findings and action plans.
• Recommends procedures and analyses to secure solutions.
• Prepares findings and recommendations for clients; may co-present to senior management.
• Develops and coaches on reporting processes for clients.
