Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is seeking an Insurance Analyst III for a remote role across the United States (exceptions apply). You will analyze complex data from multiple sources to understand drivers of business results and influence action, working on both recurring and ad hoc projects with strong analytic methods.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field and 4+ years of related experience, plus excellent analytical, communication, and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs complex analysis of data for assigned client group and how it relates to overall objectives.
• Research includes enlisting the collaboration of different departments outside IPM/IPO and gaining their support on findings and action plan.
• Applies knowledge gained from involvement in broader issues to make recommendations for procedure development and analysis needed for securing desired solution.
• Prepares findings and recommendations for clients and may be co-presenter to senior mgmt. May review work of less seasoned staff for accuracy, logic and appropriateness.
• Develops and may act as coach on processes for reporting out information to clients.
