Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG) seeks an Insurance Analyst III to analyze complex data from multiple sources, driving insights for business decisions. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, business, statistics, economics, computer science or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4 years of directly related experience.
• Superior research, statistical, analytical, processing and mathematical skills.
• Adaptability and the capability of multi-tasking and strong time management.
• Ability to make effective formal presentations; strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment; coach and mentor co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Performs complex analysis of data for assigned client group and how it relates to overall objectives.
• Research includes collaboration with different departments and obtaining support for findings and action plans.
• Applies knowledge to recommend procedures and analyses for securing a solution.
• Prepares findings and recommendations for clients and may co-present to senior management; may review work of others.
• Develops and may coach on reporting processes for information to clients.
