Responsibilities

• Performs complex analysis of data for assigned client group and how it relates to overall objectives.
• Research includes collaboration with different departments outside IPM/IPO and gaining support on findings and action plan.
• Applies knowledge to propose procedure improvements and analysis needed for solutions.
• Prepares findings and recommendations for clients and may co-present to senior management; may review work of junior staff.
• Develops and may coach on reporting processes for information to clients.
