Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of insurance industry experience.
• Active Florida 2-20 General Lines License – required.
• Active Florida 2-15 Life, Health & Variable Annuity License – required.
• Strong knowledge of personal lines insurance products and coverage.
• Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills.
• Detail-oriented with robust organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service and timely follow-up on requests.
• Conduct needs-based reviews to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Assist customers with policy questions, billing, claims-related inquiries.
• Review accounts and recommend appropriate products and coverage.
• Support retention through proactive communication and follow-up.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and refer relevant products.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
• Collaborate with the agent and team to meet service goals.
• Maintain compliance with licensing requirements and regulations.
