Aaron Kilbride Insurance in Tampa, FL is seeking a friendly Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. This full-time role focuses on delivering excellent customer service and building relationships with clients visiting the agency.

You will respond to inquiries about insurance options, process policy changes, and support billing and claims with a needs-based approach. Bilingual Spanish skills and licensing to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health are required for progression.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening.
• Self-motivated and proactive in problem solving.
• Detail oriented and able to work in a team environment.
• Dedicated to customer service and able to relate to a customer.
• Bilingual in Spanish required.
• Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain).
• Life and Health license (must be able to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
